Overview

All fulfillment options require an adult 21 or older with a valid ID. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver, we will not refund it or leave it at your door. You will however have the option to have it shipped again, or pay a restocking fee on a case by case basis.

For retail and wholesale Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed on our site, or your regional rep by 1:00 PM. You can select same day or next day delivery for your options. Delivery and shipping are free on orders over $49. Orders under $49 we charge $5.

All of our partner drivers are fairly compensated with benefits. No tips should be given!

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We currently offer delivery service for retail and wholesale members that live in the following Kentucky Counties. Fayette, Jefferson, Bourbon, Franklin, Jessamine, Laurel, Maddison, Scott. We will be adding a lot more locations quickly. If you are close to that area and would like to shop with us, send a message to info@can.bluegrassthc.com so we can check on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@can.bluegrassthc.com and send your item to: 280 Versailles Road, Frankfort, KY 40601

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 280 Versailles Road, Frankfort, KY 40601

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

BATTERY SAFETY

READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

  • Make sure you read and understand the instructions provided by the manufacturer for using and caring for your device.
  • Contact the manufacturer if your vape did not arrive with instructions or if you have more questions.
  • ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS.

KEEP YOUR DEVICE, BATTERIES, CHARGER, PARTS AND E-LIQUIDS AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.

DON'T

Don't use a damaged or wet battery.

  • If the batteries become harmed or wet, replace them.
  • Contact the manufacturer if your vape device sustains damage and the batteries cannot be changed.
  • The outer insulating jacket needs to be examined for visible damage.
  • NEVER REMOVE THE INSULATION ON A BATTERY.
  • A battery with a missing or torn insulation jacket should not be used.

Never using the incorrect battery.

  • Use just the batteries that your gadget specifies.
  • Batteries from various brands should not be mixed.
  • Use batteries with the same charge level consistently.
  • Use only batteries with the same mAh rating.
  • Never combine the usage of fresh and aged batteries.
  • Replace all of the batteries in your vape if you need to change more than one.
  • USE A BATTERY RATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUR DEVICE AT ALL TIMES.

Keep loose batteries out of your pocket.

  • To avoid coming into contact with metal, keep loose batteries enclosed in a case.
  • Avoid letting your pocket's coins, keys, or other metal objects come into touch with batteries.

Never use the wrong charger to charge your vape device.

  • A phone or tablet charger should NOT be used.
  • Always use the charger that came with it.
  • Charge your vape on a clean, flat, hard surface, away from anything that can easily catch fire.
  • Charge your vape someplace where you can clearly see it.
  • Never leave your vape device charging unattended or overnight.

Don’t install batteries backwards.

  • Follow the manufacturer’s markings for correct polarity (+ / -).
  • IMPROPER INSTALLATION MAY CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY OR FIRE HAZARD.

Do not remove or disable safety features.
